It depends on the group size, but the whole kit all at once typically spans 2 hours. However, we recommend breaking up the activities into our already separated sections best attuned for your students and families. Our kit uses the CASEL Framework, focusing on 5 areas: self-awareness, self-management, responsible decision making, relationship skills, and social awareness. We also include concepts of neuroplasticity (the ability for our brains to change!) and play therapy to ensure holistic learning throughout our products.

Our kits find the best results in kids 6-12 years old (elementary aged children). We find it especially effective for students who are 7 or 8 years old. This age range is based on the conversation level of the student.
